Rinvenuto nella zona del comune di Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, non se ne conosce l’origine. Pianta poco vigorosa e a portamento espanso. Foglie trilobate mediamente aperte. Varietà bifera anche se la produzione di fioroni è assai scarsa. Il frutto è mediamente grande con un collo molto lungo. L’ostiolo è medio e serrato. La buccia è rosso scurissimo e consistente. La polpa è rosso brillante con numerosi acheni.  Di spiccata  dolcezza e molto aromatico.

Found in the area of the municipality of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, its origin is unknown. Not very vigorous and spreading plant. Medium-open trefoil leaves. It flowers twice a year  even if the production of early fruits (fioroni) is very scarce. The fruit is medium large with a very long neck. The ostiole is medium and tight. The skin is very dark red and consistent. The pulp is bright red with numerous achenes. Very sweet  and very aromatic.
